Cancellations and Rescheduling:

To reschedule/Cancel your appointment prior to 48 hours please do so via the link sent to you from Glossgenius.

To Reschedule/Cancel your appointment after 48 Hours please use the contact information listed for your stylist. applicable fees will be applied.

We respectfully require at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. A fee will be applied to your credit card if less than 48 hours notice is given.

Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.

“NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.
