Consultation Required

Our priority is to conduct thorough consultations for all services provided. Before booking color & extension services, we require a complimentary 15-minute color/chemical consultation for new clients. This allows us to see your current hair condition, discuss hair history, look at pictures and inspiration for what your desired look is, potential price range for service, and possible processing time. If you would like to book/secure a color appointment after your color consultation, a credit card is required to reserve your appointment.

LATE & CANCELLATION

We value the client experience and have set guidelines to ensure a professional and happy environment. Your appointments are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for cancellations. A fee will be applied to your credit card if less than 48 hours notice is given.

– Less than 48 hours notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount on your credit card.

– “NO SHOWS” will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount on your credit card. 

- If you are running late to your appointment, please call or text ahead. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you may have to forfeit your appointment completely.

We love children! As much as we do, we ask that you please arrange child care for the date of your appointment. There are many liabilities, and we strive for a relaxing environment in the salon. Arranging childcare is much safer, and it allows an intimate, relaxing customer experience for you and others. Thank you for arranging child care and for your understanding and cooperation.
